HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1
The courier chooses the recipient and locker size from a list
STEP 2
When the courier has chosen the appropriate locker size, the door of the locker opens automatically and the courier can deposit the parcel in the locker. They close the door when ready and the full process is recorded internally
STEP 3
The system generates a code which is communicated by email or push notification straight to the Urban Relay app on the recipients phone
STEP 4
The recipient uses their smart app to open up the correct locker and retrieve their parcel, alternatively this can be done via touchscreen
INSTALLATION
Our highly qualified installation team are well versed in everything included in the Urban Relay install process. This includes logistics, delivery, offload and storage all the way through to health & safety, maintenance and project hand over.
Communication is something that is often overlooked in the installation process, and our team are trained to spot any snagging issues and communicate effectively with key stakeholders on site. Our team can answer any technical questions that your staff may have on site... your installation is safe in our hands.
