A mixed-use commercial and residential project built on a major transport route into Manchester required a smart access parcel management system to keep up with parcel delivery demand across the site. The development consists of 375 apartments with access to a café, gym, private lounge and meeting rooms.

Providing commercial and retail space, this innovative and unique set of buildings delivers cutting-edge design to a newly formed route in and out of Manchester City Centre.
